The American Idol star looked like a giddy teenager as she and the 24-year-old got playful in Santa Barbara, California earlier this week.

The new couple celebrated the Valentine’s Day holiday on Tuesday by exploring their childish sides.

The American Idol judge looked carefree and happy as she and Casper played on a swing set by the ocean.

Casper certainly looked his age in a pair of white and black board shorts with a complementary black hooded sweatshirt.

Jennifer still managed to look impossibly chic in a cream dress and long grey cable knit sweater as she joined her lover on the playground.

She looked happy and in love as she hopped on the swing with Casper for a full embrace and couldn’t resist giggling with glee.

After getting frisky on the swings, the two took a walk on the beach to play in the surf.

They sat a distance apart on a large rock before moving on for a romantic hand-in-hand stroll.

Later, they carved a large heart in the sand with sticks which read ‘Jennifer + Casper.’

The two showed off an additional romantic Valentine’s Day moment when Jennifer tweeted a black and white photograph of the two cosying up to one another.

Her eyes are closed in the snap while the shirtless backup dancer planted a kiss on her forehead.

However, she appears to have since erased the photo.

She also spared some love for her fans on February 14, posting: ‘HAPPY VALENTINES DAY #JLOVE?RS!! I wish U ALL lots of love today and always! I l appreciate and love you all. #sweettweet.’

The two are now in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, together, where they plan on attending the world famous Carnival festival.
