NBA great and Golden State Warriors hero Steph Curry owns an incredible $1 billion business empire in addition to his own premier production company.

 

The Golden State Warriors legend will join the apparel brand as a partner and take on the role of president of his own Curry Brand as part of a new, long-term partnership.

The founder of Under Armour, Kevin Plank, said, “I could not imagine Under Armour without Stephen, or Stephen without Under Armour.”

Recruiting athletes to represent the Curry Brand will be a top goal going forward because Curry’s new partnership is meant to continue after his playing career.

Last month, Sacramento Kings point guard De’Aaron Fox became the first athlete to sign a multi-year contract with the Curry Brand.

Prominent member of the UConn women’s basketball team Azzi Fudd has a non-exclusive contract with the company.

“We intend to invest in the roster of athletes, including myself and women from various sports, who aspire to become a member of the UA and Curry Brand family,” declared Curry.

“I believe the greatest growth can occur there.”

Curry would be joining the likes of Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Magic Johnson, Tiger Woods, and other greats if he were to become a billionaire.

Another former Warriors teammate headed for the billionaire club is Kevin Durant.
